LT Automation provided the service to upgrade the control infrastructure of the Foxboro I/A DCS at the Central Romana sugar mill. This control system manages the production of over 1200 tons of White Sugar, Raw Sugar and Furfural. The projects included the modification of the control logic and displays to allow for more efficient operation while reliably increasing production. The Foxboro System also manages the controls of the plant utilities including water and steam production.
